Nearly every level in Super Mario Bros. Wonder rewards you with one Wonder Seed simply for reaching the flagpole at the end. However, to find every single seed, you’ll need to explore more thoroughly within each level.
Look for Wonder Flowers
Most levels contain a Wonder Flower. Collecting this unique item triggers a transformative event, often dramatically altering the level’s environment, gravity, or visual style. These “Wonder Effects” typically lead to a sequence or challenge that culminates in the discovery of a Wonder Seed.
Some Levels Have Extra Wonder Seeds
Beyond the seeds indicated directly on the world map, some levels hide a third Wonder Seed. Finding these hidden seeds is often key to unlocking new routes to previously inaccessible levels on the world map – and thus, finding even more Wonder Seeds. There are two Wonder Seeds available in the Armads on the Roll level. You can find this level to the right and slightly down from the starting oasis area of World 4.

A short distance past the checkpoint, look for a flower positioned near the top of the screen, adjacent to a Pokey enemy patrolling atop some cactus blocks. Interact with this flower to make the Wonder Flower appear below.

The first Wonder Seed is obtained at the conclusion of the rapid-time sequence triggered by the Wonder Flower.

The Desert Mystery
You can find two Wonder Seeds in The Desert Mystery level. This level is located to the right of the starting oasis, just past the world’s castle.

Right before the level exit (following the third 10 Flower Coin), you will notice a rope located above a partial ramp. Pull this rope to reveal the Wonder Flower.

Once the Wonder Flower is collected, a pyramid structure will appear. Use the ropes to navigate through this pyramid, chasing and eventually collecting the first Wonder Seed.

Rolling-Ball Hall

To access the Rolling-Ball Hall, find and hit the three large Question Mark panels situated on the ground in the desert area near the castle. This action will open a hidden path beneath the castle, leading you to the level entrance.

After passing the checkpoint and dropping into the lower tunnel section, you will see the Wonder Flower above you. Continue moving slightly to the right until you can jump up and then backtrack to reach and collect it.

The Wonder Effect in this level involves dodging rolling balls on a tilting platform while collecting five Wonder Tokens. Successfully gathering all five tokens will reward you with the first Wonder Seed.

Ninji Jump Party

Jump in time with the background music to raise the platform and grab the token. Bloomps of the Desert Skies

Head upwards from the starting oasis and duck underneath the bridge on the left side to discover the Bloomps of the Desert Skies level. This level contains two Wonder Seeds.

A little while after passing the level’s checkpoint, you will encounter an oversized Goombrat enemy. Look directly above this Goombrat to spot a green Bloomp carrying the Wonder Flower. Jump up to hit the Bloomp and make it drop the flower.

Bounce your way through the zero-gravity balloon sequence that follows the Wonder Flower activation to locate and collect the first Wonder Seed.

Color-Switch Dungeon
The Color-Switch Dungeon level contains two Wonder Seeds.

Once you enter the twilight-themed section of this level, you will see the Wonder Flower positioned above you. To reach it, you’ll need to hit a Color Switch and then backtrack slightly to collect it.
After picking up the Wonder Flower, you will be chased by a shadowy version of your character as you proceed through the level. Continue onward to collect the first Wonder Seed.
You will receive the other Wonder Seed for successfully completing the level.
Secrets of Shova Mansion
This level is notable as it contains three Wonder Seeds. One of these seeds leads to a crucial secret exit.

Just past the checkpoint, you’ll encounter two stacks of boxes flanking a gap where a door should be. Push the left stack of boxes to the right and the right stack to the left so they fill the gap. A hidden door will then appear, leading you to the Wonder Flower.
After navigating the puzzle sequence that involves pushing many objects (a core mechanic in this level), you will collect the first Wonder Seed.
The second Wonder Seed is obtained by completing the level via the normal exit (reaching the main flagpole).
The third Wonder Seed is tied to a secret exit. To get the third seed, you must play the level again and make your way to the very end. After dropping out of the final door, look below you. There will be a Shova enemy pushing a box across a small section made of breakable blocks.

Perform a Ground Pound attack on these breakable blocks to destroy them. Then, push the box into the newly created gap (this will also take care of the Shova). Doing this will reveal a hidden pipe.

Enter this pipe and immediately run to the right. You will find another pipe here that leads directly to this level’s second flagpole, granting you the third Wonder Seed and unlocking the secret path on the world map.
Flight of the Bloomps
The Flight of the Bloomps level offers two Wonder Seeds.
